Return Policy for THE HCAC Store – A Baadal Enterprises Private Limited Entity

1. Customized Products:
○ All products offered by THE HCAC Store are custom-made to meet your specific requirements.
○ Due to the personalized nature of these products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:
○ In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you.
○ Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
○ In the event of a broken or damaged product upon delivery, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product at contact@baadalindustries.com, providing your order number and clear images of the damaged item.
3. Non-Customized Products:
● Non-customized products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
● The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
● To initiate a return for non-customized products, please contact us at contact@baadalindustries.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
4. Replacement Policy for Damaged or Defective Products:
○ If your product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement.
○ Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective product.
○ To initiate the replacement process, please contact our customer service at contact@baadalindustries.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
5. Payment for Customized Products:
○ For all customized product orders, a minimum of 50% payment in advance is mandatory.
○ The remaining balance can be paid after the dispatch or on delivery of the customized product.
6. Cancellation Policy for Customized Products:
○ Once an order for a customized product is placed and the production process has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
○ Cancellation requests for customized products can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
